AKG

Founded in 1947 in Vienna, AKG has been synonymous with high quality audio since inventing the first ever dynamic cardioid microphone, the D12 in 1953.

AKG microphones have since been used across a wide range of applications including overheads on Ringo Starr’s drumkit and being installed on Russia’s Mir Space station.

Today, AKG’s legacy continues with a range of audio solutions catering to broadcast, recording, public address and many other commercial situations.
